0000156: Latin charset_table mapping

Description

Sphinx supports only English and Russian character mappings. Here is a mapping for all basic Latin characters:

U+C0..U+D6->U+E0..U+F6, U+D8..U+DE->U+F8..U+FE, U+178->U+FF, U+FF, U+100..U+177/2, U+179..U+17E/2

Please consider adding them to the default mapping or at least add a commented line to the sphinx.conf.
